Not only are we lowering our commission rates across the board, but we’ll be dropping our new commission rates by 25% for the month of October.

New Features on Our Website
As our client base grows, we want to adapt and find new ways to serve our client base and as such we have implemented a few new features to help buyers when they are searching for a content site to purchase.
The second place you can see the income trend is on the actual listing pages.
On the old design we only had a table that broke down the different monetization methods, but on the new design we have added more features.
Not only can you view the income in table format, but you can also view the income in a trend that is broken down by monetization method. AS you can see from the image below the green line is the Amazon income trend and the brown line is the Impact income trend.
We also gave you the option just like on the sites available page, to view the total income trend. So if we are referring to the graph above, it would be the total of the Amazon and Impact earnings each month will give you the total income graph below.
How Our Original vs. New Commission Rates Compare
When you sell a website through Motion Invest, part of the sale price will have a built-in commission fee. This is similar to selling a property in the real world, where your real estate agent will get a commission when your property is sold.
Overall, our commission rates have been industry standard, albeit a bit higher depending on how much revenue your website is earning. However, our process is much more in-depth and is about as hands-off as you can expect.
