What would you do to grow this site?

I would add more content. Only 2 articles have been published this year in 2022, and prior to that the last articles published on the site was 9 articles in May 2021.

So there is a lot of room to grow the site purely by ramping up content creation. The site has however continued to have stable traffic for a long time and been through quite a few google analytics updates now and faired well.

Currently there are four content silos (gaming keyboards, gaming chairs, gaming desks and gaming monitors) with a good mix of info and review posts. "Gaming keyboards" was the first silo created when the site was started and the most comprehensively fleshed out currently. So I'd also look at continuing to flesh out the other existing content silos more, before adding more silos thereafter (gaming mice, gaming headsets, gaming laptops, etc).

Other than more content, there's also an opportunity to immediately start increasing revenue by adding adverts to generate extra revenue. The site has already been approved for Ezoic ads. I had Ezoic ads running for about a month last year but turned it off purely because I was worried that it might impact the site speed and Google had mentioned page speed was becoming more of a ranking factor. But it's certainly something I'd relook at especially if traffic is increased.

Did you start the site from scratch or did you buy it? Is it built on an expired domain? Any 301 redirects used on the site? If so, will they be included in the sale?

I originally purchased the site from a reliable niche site seller called Human Proof Designs (HPD) in September 2019. HPD did a great job of the initial site setup and first 25 000 words of content around the gaming keyboards silo. It was on a brand new domain registered by them in July 2019, so no redirects (and not an aged site).

What has been your biggest struggle with this site?

I would say the biggest struggle has been having enough time to dedicate to growing the site further. I have a day job as well and other sites I work on, and this is the reason I am selling which is purely to reduce how many sites I need to focus on and look after.

What is included with the site?

The site itself. Social media accounts for Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook (they don't have lots of followers but I posted to them to have a better-rounded link profile, especially in the beginning stages of the site)

How much time do you spend on the site? What tasks do you do?

I don't currently spend any time on this specific site. Other than ensuring the Wordpress and plugin updates are kept up to date.

Do you outsource the content? If yes, are you able to pass along the writer?

I'm not currently outsourcing content. But I have used larger reliable agencies in the past, not individual writers, to outsource content creation to.

I've also personally written some of the articles on the site.

How did you build your backlinks? Were PBN's used?

No PBN's were used. I only used reputable hand-selected agencies for genuine guest posts spread out in the first year for a few backlinks.

And after that links were acquired naturally.

How many total articles are on the site?

138 published articles (about 57 of those articles being informational posts and the rest review posts (both best of and single products)

What are the expenses that are associated with the site? Specifically, what are the expenses that come from content creation, hosting, backlinks and domain registration?

$25 per month for hosting. Annual domain renewal last year (July 2021) was $13 with Namecheap.

Because I've been focusing on my other sites for the last few months, I don't have any other expenses currently on this site.
