What would you do to grow this site?

Increased the volume of informational articles and would test additional monetization systems. Changed the hosting to a faster one.

Did you start the site from scratch or did you buy it? Is it built on an expired domain? Any 301 redirects used on the site? If so, will they be included in the sale?

The site was created by me. The domain was purchased at face value, but previously it was a site of similar subject matter. 301 redirects were not used

What has been your biggest struggle with this site?

There were no significant problems.

What is included with the site?

A Pinterest account, which I'm willing to give away, might be helpful.

How much time do you spend on the site? What tasks do you do?

I do the support of the site myself. A freelancer was brought in to prepare the content. He worked by the piece with payment according to the volume of prepared content. Recently, more attention has been paid to updating existing articles.

Do you outsource the content? If yes, are you able to pass along the writer?

I have approached several authors for content preparation services. One of those with whom I have worked the most, I am ready to provide a link to his Facebook profile after clarifying his consent.

How did you build your backlinks? Were PBN's used?

I see good growth potential in building additional links. Links were built from profiles, forums, contacted the owners of sites to place a link. I have no links from PBN networks.

How many total articles are on the site?

The site has 100 articles, service pages and category pages.

What are the expenses that are associated with the site? Specifically, what are the expenses that come from content creation, hosting, backlinks and domain registration?

Hosting at one.com with a starter rate and backup option is about $100 a year.

Two articles a month comes out to about $120.

Budget for links is about $200.

The work of selecting keywords, preparing the structure for the articles, placing them on the site, some adjustments on the layout, I did myself.

Payment Terms

For this site, we require a non refundable payment of $1,000 via the website, then the remainder to be sent via wire transfer.
